: this is definitely not a 5 star hotel, it is a 3 at max. not for anything but for the way they treat the guests.
i got 3 rooms for a total of 8 guests, they gave me only 1 key for each room .
they refused to give me any extra keys.
if you want to sleep inside and your partner is outside, you must walk for 10 min to the reception to get a spare key, open , and walk back to return it . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the reason not for giving spare keys, is to save on the electric bill . The AC works with a key-based switch , and the temperature was 42 celicious , so definitely you will want the room to be cool when you return , but they want you not to.
This place used to be good, now it is very bad
customer service are so bad , they are so aggressive , and they do not listen to your complains, or even respond.
i had a room with no phone for 4 days , my entire stay, and they did nothing .
i was expected to get the most dry ( open buffet) half board experience ever, because they would charge me for water ,cheap juice , cheap tea, or instant coffee if i asked for it . it was a no drink half board. :)
the administration is simply idiotic. they are a punch of looser ,
when i complained logically they said you are right for one day, and on the next day they rolled-back the decision claiming that what they allowed one day earlier never happened :)
my argument was that " one cup of water or tea or even coffee worth just 2 or 3 pounds , while a single plate from the open buffet would cost 10 times this cost , so it is definitely not logic. but they are not doing it to save money. Water is free and it is a main component in any meal" so it is not for money, they are doing it to annoy the guests to pay for the full board , :). of course this is a very bad management decision. a 5 star hotel management should not think that cheap. .
